Our Mission & Vision

The mission of Naalehu Assembly of God is to be a Community Church with a Global Vision. The vision of our church is to glorify our God and Savior, Jesus Christ, to make true disciples throughout all the nations by means of missionary activity and support, to minister the ordinances, to edify believers, and to do all that is sovereignly possible and biblically permissible to magnify the name of Jesus.

Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

 
Pastor Kevin Brown, Senior Pastor

As the primary teaching pastor, Pastor Brown has a passion for carefully unpacking the truths of Scripture. He has served at  Naalehu Assembly of God Church for four years. He and his wife have three children and on grandson. Pastor Brown has served the body of Christ for more over 25 years. He is passionate out missionary work and has a heart for the spiritually lost.  Pastor Brown is an accomplished singer and musician playing with numerous worship bands. He has been describe as a worshiper, blending his musical talent with a enfectious spiritual connection.

Sis. Luzviminda Brown, Women’s Ministry Director, Children’s Church Ministry Assistant

Sis. Minda has a heart for building strong women to reach thier world. Her passion is for those that are hurting.  She is a bridge builder, a connector with the goal of helping women hear and follow the call of God.  Building stronger families through teaching and mentoring other women to be better wives and mothers.

Bro. Charles Kaawa, Men’s Ministry Director, Youth Ministry Assistant

Bro. Charles has a heart for building a strong men’s ministry that is reaching and relevant.  He is passionate about spreading the gospel and realizes the challenges that face men in this endevour. Building stronger families through teaching and mentoring other men to be better Husbands and Fathers.

Sis. Linda Breithaupt, Worship Team Director

The Bible has a lot to say about music, and Linda’s role is to coordinate the church’s worship of God in a way that matches the character of God. Sis. Linda’s commitment to worship goes far beyond the singing and music. Her desire is to build a lifestyle of worship in every team member.
